Napoli 85% - Coffee

$10.00

The cuccumella, a Neapolitan term for the Neapolitan coffee maker, is the predecessor of the moka. Invented in 1819 by the Frenchman Morize, and perfected in Naples, it quickly spread throughout Italy for the preparation of coffee at home and was replaced in the mid-20th century by the moka.

For this special chocolate , we proudly collaborated with Marco Gozzo, using his coffee from Finca Palagua in Vallejuelo, San Carlos, Colombia, is prized for its exceptional quality. This Arabica coffee, grown in the lush, mountainous Antioquia region with rich volcanic soil and high altitudes, offers a smooth, rich taste with vibrant acidity and notes of citrus, chocolate, and floral undertones. Farmed with care by local farmers, it stands out as a premium product sought after by connoisseurs worldwide.

The trio of the Dolce Vita line is inspired by Attilio and his home country of Italy.

Each bar was dreamed up with tastes of Italy that Attilio remembers from childhood, and the places and stories he grew up visiting and learning. Each bar has a special mythical story inside that relates to the region where the ingredients are sourced.
